MEMBERS NEED TO REGISTER
BAGRS members need to register to attend the convention and any
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION PRICE ENDS MARCH 31
So best to register before then!
SOME EVENTS ARE LIKELY TO SELL OUT
So early registration is advised.
SOME MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE A REGISTRATION REBATE CHECK
BAGRS Members who contribute significant time and effort to the planning and execution of the convention
will receive a registration rebate check of $100 (which is the cost of an individual registration).
All members that open their railroads for the convention will receive the rebate check.
Note that only one rebate check will be issued per membership. We aim to issue the rebate checks no later
than the end of August.
MEMBERS CAN BE VENDORS
The vendor Hall is very spacious and will include some traveling layouts in addition to vendor booths.
Convention attendees will be able to visit the vendor hall on three days. We expect more than 1,000 attendees.
There will be one public day when we expect to attract a lot of people.
The cost for a booth is $400 and includes 2 individual convention registrations, so a net cost of $200 (versus reg-
istering for 2 early bird individual registrations).

OPEN RAILROADS
After canvassing members for railroads to be open during the convention
in November and December, the list of open railroads is closed.
