- BAGRS is a social community, which emphasizes camaraderie and respect for fellow members.
- Annual dues for each calendar year are payable by December 31 of the prior year.
- Members contact information may only be used for correspondence about BAGRS & garden railroading.
- Member contact information may not be used for solicitations of any kind, including, but not limited to, political campaigning, fund raising, and promotion of non-BAGRS events.
- Members may not share members' contact information with non-members unless given written consent by the members whose contact information is to be shared.
